Thanks to its comprehensive expertise and the continuous expansion of production capacities, AF-COLOR is one of the leading masterbatch manufacturers. Special attention is paid to masterbatches for future-orientated and demanding applications.

Polyketone-based masterbatch
The technical thermoplastic polyketone has outstanding properties and also has a better CO2 footprint compared to other polymers. An extensive portfolio based on polyketone with a wide range of colours has been developed. The PK range has also been expanded to include a suitable purging compound, especially for cleaning after processing polyketone.

Technically sophisticated carbon black concentrates for polyamides
The challenge in colouring semi-crystalline polymers, especially when carbon black is used, lies in maintaining the mechanical properties. AF-COLOR therefore offers you a black masterbatch based on polyamide that meets the highest demands thanks to its outstanding dispersion.

Colour stable for e-mobility according to RAL 2003
RAL 2003 has established itself in electromobility. The durability of the colour and preservation of the technical properties of the polymer are crucial. The bright and brilliant orange masterbatch ensures durable and clear labelling. The range is designed for a variety of technical polymers and a comprehensive portfolio is also available for applications with high processing temperatures.

Reducing CO2 emissions with foaming agents
A customised foaming agent masterbatch for polyamides is coming into focus as a significant further development. The chemical foaming agents it contains enable a density reduction of up to 40%. As a result, CO2 emissions are reduced and the significant weight and material savings are a decisive argument in terms of sustainability.
